Biblical Insight to Tough Questions: Volume 7

From: $9.00

“Be transformed by the renewal of your mind.” — Romans 12:2

In Biblical Insight to Tough Questions, Vol. 7, Dr. Jim Denison continues to seek God’s wisdom on ten challenging questions that Christians may be asking themselves.

By placing God’s word as the primary authority on our lives as Christians, Dr. Denison trumpets the Apostle Paul’s call for us to renew our minds.

By thinking biblically about these issues, Christians can be the “salt and light” Jesus has called them to be.

Biblical Insight to Tough Questions, Vol. 7 asks:

  1. Why is Lent relevant for all Christians?
  2. If my church shifts in an unbiblical direction, what should I do?
  3. Why have so many prominent evangelicals and church leaders failed?
  4. Why do both the Old and New Testaments allow slaves?
  5. Do generational blessings and curses exist today?
  6. Are sinners in the hands of an angry God?
  7. Is it ever OK for a Christian to gamble?
  8. Are Bible stories allegorical? Does that matter?
  9. What is the Apocrypha? Why do some denominations use it?
  10. What are deacons, elders, bishops, and pastors?
