Chris Elkins narrates The Daily Article podcast bringing Dr. Jim Denison’s and Dr. Ryan Denison’s biblical insight on current events to a daily listening audience. In addition to his work in broadcasting and production, Chris contributes articles on church leadership, cultural engagement, and Christian living as well as thoughtful book reviews. Born in 1951 and raised in Carlsbad, New Mexico, Chris earned both his bachelor’s (1983) and master’s (1984) in communications from the University of Southern Mississippi. He has served on church staffs in Mississippi, Arkansas, and Texas, bringing decades of ministry experience to his current work with Denison Forum. Since 1992, Chris has lived in the Dallas area with his wife, Minni. They have two children and eight grandchildren. Chris is also the author of Heavenly Deception (Tyndale), a book and movie reflecting his commitment to biblical truth after his experience with a religious cult. His lifelong passion for the church along with his background in ministry and communication, fuels his work in helping people think biblically about today’s pressing cultural issues.
