Lester Lin is a community leader, relational advisor, and writer passionate about helping people navigate friendship, conflict, and personal growth. He is the co-founder and Executive Vice President of Liberty Land Abstract, a New York–based title company, and the founder of several community and nonprofit initiatives including City Mission NYC, Elm Church, and Queens Connexus. His work integrates research in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), resilience, and social psychology with years of lived experience building and sustaining communities. Through leadership development, counseling-informed guidance, and long-term relational practice, Lester equips individuals and communities to move beyond surface connection toward durable, life-giving relationships.
