Joel Allison is president and chief executive officer of Baylor Health Care System (BHCS) in Dallas. Allison’s career includes almost three decades in health care management. Allison received a bachelor’s degree in journalism and religion at Baylor University in 1970 and attended Trinity University‘s health care administration program where he earned a master’s degree in 1973. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and in 2004 he received an Honorary Doctor of Humanities degree from Dallas Baptist University.

Todd Furniss, currently Managing Partner of glendonTodd Capital LLC, formerly served as Managing Director and co-founder of PlumTree Partners. Prior to PlumTree, Todd served as President and COO of Everest Group from 2001 to 2008. From 1989 to 2001 Todd served as the Director of Corporate Business Development and Managing Director. And before that, Todd held a variety of operations, business development and legal roles within EDS. Todd is a member of World Presidents Organization, Founders Forum, the Dallas Committee on Foreign Relations, and Legacy. He serves on the board of Enterra Solutions, Chemical Information Services, HFS, WPO, Founders Forum, and Denison Forum on Truth and Culture. Todd received a B.A. in Political Science in 1981 from Old Dominion University and in 1987 attained his Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law.
Co-Founder and Managing Principal
David is the co-founder and managing principal at Direct Development. Direct Development is a regional commercial real estate development and management firm that is active in the shopping center business. David is a deacon at Park Cities Baptist Church. He is also a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas. He has served as president of the Board of Directors of Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.
